ELDER PATRIOT – The Mexican invasion across our nation’s southern border continues to turn increasingly violent. Armed Mexicans are now threatening over 8,000 farmers whose lands border or are near the border with Mexico.
Well, you just don’t mess with the Alpha males of Texas.
Dr. Michael Vickers, who owns a 1,000-acre ranch, decided enough was enough and founded the Texas Border Volunteers who were determined to protect their land because President Obama wouldn’t.
Vickers said, “We’re very vigilant and we realize that a lot of the people coming through are gang members, criminals, and with that we’ve got dogs to alert us here on the ranch.” Vickers noted that many of the gang members and drug runners are heavily armed.
All of this has gotten the attention of Todd Staples Texas’ Agricultural Commissioner who is charged with protecting the large food and cotton crops that feed a large portion of the United States. Staples realizes that this raises the national security threat a notch from common terrorism to threatening our food supply, as well.
Staples let it be known that Texans can take care of themselves: “The message to the drug cartels is not that the border is safer than ever but that Americans will stop at nothing in defeated transnational criminal organizations.”
Lesson: Don’t Mess With Texas!
